In the episode "Otis" in Prison Break ss2, T-Bag kills doctor through lethal injection of combined chemicals, after he managed to reattach T-Bag's hand back on. T-Bag offererd to kill doctor 'humanly' without violence, pain or bloodspilling if he remains calm and co-operates.
But i dont know what's drug he used? I think that drug is good for suicide.

it's fiction my dude, if they even named the drug in the show it wouldn't be one easily accessible. unfortunately movies and TV make CTB look much easier than it really is...
