An excellent risotto with gorgonzola, pears, wine, onions and parmesan with a glass of Cayega white wine.
I used all my kitchen "set" but it was worth it.
@JustAboutDone you inspired me, first time i tried pears in risotto lol

Usually not used for females very much - but I have a female friend who always calls me her "best mate" so ?!

Forgot what hunger feels like. I forget to eat and have to force myself. But tonight....we will be forcing down some Linda McCartney Vegan Sausages, probably the red pepper variety.
If you haven't ever tried them,DO IT! Mine always get stolen by carnivores when I take them to BBQs.
