FSH imo, assuming that your setup doesn't break and you don't get interrupted the odds of success seem close to guaranteed. Being able to go through with FSH is another story though...
PSH is really hard to pull off for me I've gotten to the point that weird stuff started happening like sound becoming blurry but that's not even nearly enough to get close to ctb lol. Meanwhile it's superscary to cause these weird effects to yourself.
