That life is not for everyone, from some depths you will never be able to fully recover and regain the same happiness as you had before.

That wanting to die isn't an "illness", to me it's a perfectly logical response to wanting to avoid all future harm. The problem lies in the fact that people continue to label suicide as being something irrational but it could never be as after all, it's just taking control over our inevitable fate, we are destined for nowhere but death anyway. And as well as that there is the fact that suicide is a human right so as a result nobody is obligated to continue existing.

in my dream scenario I wouldn't like anyone to know. Rn there wouldn't be anyone who cared.
But I would really prefer if the people for whom my existence is just a distant memory wouldn't find out that I'm gone at all

that we aren't selfish for wanting to cbt. we are all in immense pain, some more than others. not everyone is supposed to stay on this earth forever, some people need to leave quicker than others, and that doesnt make them selfish. we're all trying to find our place, and sometimes that place is in death…

and with addiction; addicts arent monsters. theyre people who were failed, people who had to find ways to soothe themselves when nobody else would. theyre hurting, severely ill individuals, who just needed someone to be there for them. addiction is a disease, not a choice.

i want people to actually be understanding of the situation we are going through, an unhealthy amount of people i met just laughed at me for my ptsd and depression, that shouldn't be as normalized as it is, people in this world are sick.

I'd want people to know that I am not insane for wanting to CTB, I am fully aware of the causes of death. I don't want to be saved because I can't - it only makes me more sad whenever someone tries in what I know is desperation to prevent me knowing full well there's absolutely nothing I can do.

I just want to be treated with respect and dignity.

That I don't care what others think about my right to die, I still have it and it's cruel to take it away.
