In those confession threads (one was posted by sserafim) there some confessions that might make you land on such a list. I have done nothing of that gladly. But I am even scared to post this thread.
Here are the things that will make you end up on such a list in my opinion: Most of the things are against forum rules though
1. terrorism
2. planning violence against others on a large scale
3. selling lethal drugs
4. admitting to have watched child porn (actually some people confessed that)
5. meeting with members and killing them (yes this actually happened)
So these ones are the most likely
Here are some things I am not sure about there is no order.
Admitting rape and murder. Probably rather the latter one but I don't think they such claims serious
Being the admin or mod of this forum (which is pretty ridiculous)
suicide assistance, suicide encouragement
political extremism or being an extreme incel (due to the connection to terrorism)
doxxing yourself by posting your face (this happened quite some times)
admitting severe crimes
writing the wrong code words that are used by criminals
