• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I think it is counterproductive. I wrote so long essays on it in the past. Who exactly is doing that anyways? The people from Kiwi farms? The prolife group fix the 26? - I checked their X accounts they seem to be inactive.

I am currently too empty for that the woman from the dating app I assume she has borderline and sometimes we have close to zero contact which hurts me. I am not sure how long I can endure that.

Do you think the people who DDOS this forum consider it a good deed?

There is not much evidence on the research of suicide forums like this one. The media is pretty fast at drawing conclusions. Looking on the real research results is something different. One does not know whether it is correlation or causation when people commit suicide from here. But it is a while ago I checked the newest research results.

I think they do honestly. From what I've seen people will do anything to try and help someone who is suicidal even if it doesn't make sense and can mean hurting them in the process. I don't know what they thought process for DDOS on this site though because people will still be on this forum and if it gets shut down another will just pop up in its place.

Also, the message I would give them is: let people have free will and free speech. People will do anything for those things, your "help" does nothing except maybe restricting people.

I might be in the minority (on this site) when I say that the societal standard of wanting people to live is a positive thing, but I agree that the attacks (and the hitpieces) are misguided. I have sympathy for the parents who have lost their children to suicide, but a place to discuss suicidal intent should, also, be a positive thing in free societies.

The reason I keep coming back is because of the inability to talk about these topics elsewhere.

I would send them a picture of Bill Clinton hanging from the ceiling by his cock. Yes, I have such an image.
Or Goatse. But most likely ol' Billy.

I'm sure they see it as a noble act. I imagine they are primarily thinking that they are preventing younger members from gaining access to method information. Plus, they don't likely endorse the message that suicide is an acceptable decision under certain (or perhaps any) circumstances.

I doubt that they care that a lot of people feel a need for this forum as a source of support. They will likely counter argue that by saying we ought to be looking for that support from family, friends and professionals. You don't have to go too far to see how that can often play out here. People here have loved ones, friends and even professionals literally desert them because they can't hack it. For some people, here is the only place they have.

I doubt it will have much effect. People who are desperate to end their life, no matter their age can get pretty resourceful about it. I imagine a lot of method information is based on the PPH. Which I'm sure the most resourceful out there will find, with or without this website. I fist learnt about SN via news reports and a police report!

Honestly, it frustrates me. I truly feel- if they actually cared, they would put their efforts into supporting people rather than denying them a community. I'd argue- that's why a lot of people do come here and stay here.

Why aren't they asking themselves WHY people come here? Why aren't they looking at the alternatives that society does (or rather, doesn't) provide? They could surely put their efforts towards providing a safer community for people. One that doesn't provide method information say but that does provide a safe space for people to vent. I really wish they would focus on that.

Wait does the site have some history with kiwi farms I wasn't aware of? Idk why they would even care about this place.

Also I didn't know people still DDoS'd I thought such behavior was left behind in Minecraft hunger games servers.

Maybe counterproductive to being here but I don't really care I guess. Like it sucks from the standpoint of the people running the forum of having to deal with it and fix it. People on the recovery sections utilize it to be better so losing another resource is terrible. But at the end of the day I just want to die, and whatever others do doesn't really matter to me anymore. I don't have the energy in me to care about it all.

I think this sums it up better than any of my words.
