Last week i tried fsh multiple times.
My setup: im using my closet rod as anchor point. My closet is divided into 2 halves- upper part for hanging clothes and lower half for drawers.
For anchor knot i wound the rope around multiple times added 2 stopper knots and it worked pretty well i tested it couple of times. I had tried bowline knot too but i came undone with little effort .
Then i used noose knot around my neck with tshirt as padding. Once i hung myself there was very little space between my feet and the ground.
I didn't feel like i was losing consciousness i just felt suffocated i stayed in the position for about a minute and there was a mark on my neck.
Im trying again in 2 days what can be done to help me lose consciousness?

I don't quite know how to help, but I would assume you didn't compress your carotid artery properly. Also I've heard a slipknot is better than a noose for CTB.

you kinda gotta experiment some people say slipknots better but ive mostly seen people say noose knots better. T-shirt mightve been too thick again its very debated here some people say its not worth the hassle but others say it helps the rope move easier. If you are gonna use it id recommend something thinner like a tea towel or bandana? Theres a lot of information on here so id recommend looking into general mistake threads but sometimes the noose isn't positioned high enough or one of the knots just isnt done right? im sorry and i hope this can help a bit.

Hey , how to tighten the noose knot, mine is getting loose by pulling the noose. Do you have any video guide ?
