Method what type of cartridge to use with a 12 gauge shotgun

Here is the type of cartridges I have. the bullet cartridge is very powerful but I'm afraid it will literally blow my head off
. the other cartridges are small plon ball cortouches for small game but I don't know if they are powerful enough to pass the palatine bone and the sphenoid bone in order to destroy the brainstem.
When I shoot myself, I'll only have one chance. I don't really like the idea of having my head completely pulverized, but I don't know if small game ammo is lethal enough (if I don't die my life will be worse than now)
have any suggestions??

I would pick the grey one because it looks the coolest, followed by the aquamarine one and lastly the brown one

Birdshot/small game shells don't reliably penetrate, it would probably leave you with lasting damage if you were to use them.

If you have the funds for it, buckshot shells would be your best bet, other than the bullet/slug shell you already have. If it's any consolation, it wouldn't blow your head off, it'd just leave a gnarly exit wound.
