Discussion What simple/small things would you never get to experience if you CTB?

I wonder what that feels like to have something simple "waiting" for you. Life is difficult but I still get a little excitement about small things.

I think I'd never get to watch the remaining Demon Slayer series/movies, Harry Potter series remake, and the whole Marvel saga. I occasionally play Monster Hunter too, so I would never get to play whatever after MH Wilds.

I think I find that more interesting than the usual answers people give like family, success, legacy, etc. Those are big words. I'm more curious about the small reasons.

So, what would you never get to experience if you CTB?

Love, sex, having a loving partner, travel, not being stressed all the time, having a peaceful childhood, being understood, et cetera. These simple things will remain a dream and a mystery to me. Perhaps in my next incarnation if I must reincarnate (I don't want to...)

Affection. I know for a lot of people here it is not simple, but nearly everyone I've met takes it for granted. I've hugged twice in my life and people are shocked by that revelation. Hugs and other forms of physical affection are just a normal part of life for them while it's something I can only dream of.

my sister's achievements. i've already accepted i won't do anything worthwile, but my younger sister is going to be an amazing person. if i ctb when i want to, i'll miss her college graduation and everything that comes after that, and her future family will never know me.
i'd miss a lot of other things as well, but this is just the first one that came to mind

edit: i got so emotional i completely forgot the whole point of this thread. as for something actually simple, i'd miss seeing my favorite band on tour probably.

I would not be able to experience spending time with my partner anymore, should I eventually CTB.
I would also miss out on eating my favorite food, trying new food I haven't eaten before, playing new games, getting to see new movies, and buying things I want/like. Sadly, the last 5 things I mentioned don't give me much joy anymore due to anhedonia.
