Ozark and Mandalorian atm. I know what you mean when you say books leave you hollow. I used to read excessively when I was younger but now I can barely manage a few pages at a time.

Shows have voices and people walking around.
This is pretty much the only reason I watch tv. I'm bored doing most anything, but sometimes I have Friends on in the background, I kinda watch it I guess. I've also tried watching a bit of Yugioh: The Abridged Series tonight and last night. Used to watch it with my brother when it was still new. :/

I binge watched Nurse Jackie until the end this past week. I realized while watching it that it probably wasn't the best thing for me to watch given that I think about suicide all the time now, and I've had a lot of hospital visits and long stays unrelated to mental health. I'm not sure what the hell I'm doing to be honest.
Nurse Ratched was pretty good too if you were ever a fan of One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest.

I've been watching a lot of Seinfeld and Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia for laughs. Other than that I'm finishing up unlimited blade works and starting to rewatch attack on titan since the final season is coming out now. Also going to watch samurai champloo soon because I've heard such good things and I love nujabes.

I never liked Friends for some reason. It's hard to find good sitcoms

It's...alright. The jokes are pretty meh but it has an interesting atmosphere. I personally just started watching it because it happened to be on. Good sitcoms seem to be rare, indeed

I can't binge It's Always Sunny for some reason. Something about the show irritates me. I wish the new season was dubbed.

I had a friend in elementary school who watched it. Weird. Why wasn't he watching cartoons? Cartoons in the 90s were so fun
Rewatching House right now.

It's never lupus.
There was a several day marathon in the 2000s. I watched em all

I really dislike the newer seasons and I haven't even bothered to watch the latest one. All the jokes now are too obviously left leaning now and the writing has become much worse. It seems like they try to spell it out way more so they don't get cancelled or something. The characters have changed quite a bit from the earlier seasons as well. Now I really only watch stuff from season 1 up until 5 or 6 maybe.

First season was good. I liked the racism and abortion one.

Definitely. In the earlier seasons they seem to trust their audience to make judgements on their own more. They show you the character's actions and trust you to see that they're shitty people instead of just spelling it out like they are now. Plus the production value was really low back then which really helped out the comedic atmosphere.

Now it's political correctness gone wild. The 2010s were dogshit.

A new season of RWBY is currently airing, so I've been enjoying watching that.

Mostly just rewatching the golden years of The Simpsons and Frasier. I should get started on a rewatch of South Park and Arrested Development at some point. Both shows are very funny but I don't have the emotional connection and memories I have with the first two so they're not "TV comfort food" in the same way.

Just finished Nurse Ratched, Queen's Gambit and now I'm watching Schitts Creek, I feel the need to watch something with humor. I welcome recommendations, something that's on Netflix.

Best show of 2020 for me was The Queen's Gambit, highly recommended.
