Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask but whatever- So tommorow I'll be having my last therapy session and I got a choice of continuing it or leaving it be.

And I'm really not sure what to do..(T^T) On one hand I wanna end it as quickly as possible, some days I can literally feel the distaste in my bones, really REALLY not wanting to go there. But on the other hand some days it does feel kinda okayish and I have moments of actually becoming better..

Though those moments don't last long and before I know it I'm back to my original state. To be honest I don't even feel lile therapy helped in any way. I was also thinking of just asking about getting some pills and being done with this but I'm a coward to even ask that seeing as my condition isn't like that bad..

I just have no idea what to do so I hoped to get some advice here..td(つГ`t)dt

Honestly I don't quite know, I can't advise you as I'm not familiar with your situation.
I don't know if admitting to your therapist would do anything, they'd just likely recommend you search for another one u can "connect" with better.
If you quit therapy what would be your plan then?
Also you shouldn't minimize your state and say it's not that bad, idk if it is or not, but you should focus on yourself and not compare yourself to others, everyone gets impacted differently.

First of all, comparison is a killer. Don't deny yourself an opportunity to get better because your condition 'isn't really that bad.' Why not ask for medication and give yourself a chance to see improvement? There is always someone out there in 'worse' shape than you, and it's fruitless to compare your own trauma/situation to others' when there is no winner. You deserve just as much of a chance to recover as anyone else does, so don't let your mentality stop you from trying meds if you want to.

Ultimately the choice about therapy is up to you. If you see moments of improvement and good days, ask yourself if those moments are worth the therapy sessions that aren't entirely helpful. Therapy can be hard and uncomfortable sometimes, but if it seems to help you sometimes, factor that into your choice.

At the very least, if you discontinue therapy, please consider having some sort of plan, support system/coping skills, or an alternative method of mental health treatment for yourself if you want one.

You can quit if you want, honestly, therapy doesn't work at all. I stopped going to the psychologist months ago, and it's best if you quit. It's not worth being in something that doesn't help you at all

Okay, first of all I will just get my thoughts about therapy out there: complete fucking scam.

Therapy itself is an industry that exploits lonely people, because if someone has a person they trust and can talk to about their problems, and that person will actually listen and make effort to help them through their issues, then that person will do that. If someone doesn't have anyone like that? THAT'S where therapists come in. It is commodifying human compassion. There's also the whole non-fix of medications- there's a phrase I heard that is apparently used by therapists, called "Shit Life Syndrome". This is apparently used when describing someone whose depression stems not from chemical imbalances or such, but rather from the fact that, well, their life fucking sucks. Medications obviously aren't gonna fix a person's shitty life situation and can make it even worse- SSRI zombies and all that. Said "Shit Life Syndrome" is also very, very common nowadays if you were to take a quick peek at the global suicide rates.

Now, for actual advice? If you think those feelings of "distaste" are just that, temporary bad feelings, and the moments of actually feeling better are real? Then yeah, keep going for it. If your suicidal impulses also stem from depression caused by chemical imbalances in your brain, then medication prescribed by a COMPETENT-- very important that they are a competent therapist and not some dickhead looking to just get through his 9-to-5 with no actual care for the people he has as clients, because then you will likely end up just getting meds that make shit worse-- therapist can work wonders for you. If your depression isn't from chemical imbalances, deny any meds- they won't help.

If you think those feelings of "distaste" ARE there for a reason- that being that therapy is not working- then yeah, drop it.

Either way, I hope you can find a truly good friend who can neuter your need for a therapist.

My dear friend, I can see hope in your situation.
You don't want to die, you actually want to live your life fully but as you are not able to, that's why you feel like ending it.

A good psychiatrist can help you get better.
Also, I'm leaving something for you, my homeopathic doctor ex told me to use aurum metallicum 30, and it really did stop my suicidal thoughts, though i stopped itšŸ˜‚ you can probably find a good homeopathic doctor also, and he can give that medicine to you.

You will get betterā¤ļøšŸ«‚šŸ„°

Feel free to talk about anything with me. My DM is open
