What should I do if I don't have any access to "proper methods"

For context I live with my family in a small apartment ( we cannot afford to live in a bigger house, nor can I afford to move out ) most of the house is open, the only door that locks is the bathroom. Since we're tight on money I can't buy nitrogen, SN, or anything of that kind. Even if it's cheap, we cannot even get fast food now. I also cannot think of any reason to get the above, I have no projects, I have nothing to work towards and they know that, I have no friends or family nearby either.
I've tried multiple times to hang myself but each time I risked getting walked in on. Both of my parents are home mostly now due to circumstances so there's a huge chance I'll be caught. I was planning to get a room at motel or hotel before, but now with the money thing (I have no money for either of those, or for travel) I can't think of any other place to do it.

I cannot risk train or woods, because I worry about who will find my body, I don't want to end up on the news so I don't wish to do anything extreme. I could jump, but I live in a small town with little to no tall building and like I said before I don't want to risk anyone seeing.

Please try to understand.

Partial hanging is done by using things such as handles and kneeling in a way that would start choking you. Is there no way for you to gain access to a rope pr anything similar?

No, all the handles in my house bend downwards, I tried using a belt with this method, a scarf too, but everytime I tried the handles bent downward and didn't even allow me to choke, apart form the one in the closet. That closet is always open due to the door being broken and located in the living room. I'd be found out easily. I'd rather not have my parents come home to me hanging behind the door.

Welp. Is there a way to jam them somehow? And if not, do you have access to a window that opens? You can tie something to the other end then leave it outside before closing the window on it, the frame would have to be decently solid though.

I don't think so. Yes I do have a window that open in my parents room. It's is a direct place view of the walkway in the apartments. Meaning that anyone can see what I'm doing if the window isn't closed.

Well, they would probably just be seeing whatever you attached to the other end of the rope. You would be closing the window on the rope, and the object at the other side would keep the rope from slipping while you put your weight on it.

It might be unreliable since you would need a good amount of time for it to kill, but I wish you luck with it. Filling a backpack or two with rocks, zip-tying it to yourself then jumping into a water body would also work, although drowning is not exactly the most pleasant way to go. A well-planned attempt is always better than a rushed one, so that you would have time to ponder whether death is truly what you want or not.

@axxxu if your constantly around family do not do a partial unless you can find a window where you will be alone. If they pull you out during, the braincells which died aren't coming back, and you might end up surviving with severe damage to your brain

There's always a 'proper' method available if you put your mind to it. Don't concern yourself too much with all these gasses and poisons, and complicated rituals and regimes. Basic is best.

I certainly understand that it really can be so dreadful feeling trapped here, the fact that suicide methods are either inacessible or risky keeps me stuck here.
I just see it as being so inhumane how we cannot just easily free ourselves from this existence in peace despite the fact that for so many death is the only relief, suicide purposely being made so difficult certainly just leads to more unnecessary suffering. But anyway best wishes, I hope you eventually find the freedom you wish for.
