Mental illnesses and depression are actually just chronic illnesses that our healthcare system uses as a money making scheme.
You're "depressed" and "mentally ill" or "bipolar" because of some combination of chronic infections (fungal, pathogenic, viral), nutritional deficiencies and imbalances (specifically looking at copper regulation), along with heavy metal toxicities.
Depression and mental illness are chemical imbalances. And the healthcare system just goes right to those chemical imbalances. But there's a much larger equation preceding the actual chemical imbalance. And that's what I write in the paragraph above.
I feel so bad for so many of you people here. You're lied to. Probably were sold drugs as the only means to help your depression and mental illness. When in reality the proper health program addressing the root cause of your depression is all you would need. Probably 2-3 months of hard work and you are loving life again.
Sadly I have an incurable disease and it's progressing rapidly. But I was able to witness what I wrote above to the extreme. And I just wish others could understand it the way I do. I wish it was taught. So many people could live better far more fulfilling lives if the root causes to their mental illness and depression was addressed.
