Not just ordinary consent, it should be informed consent which makes the paradox even more pronounced. No one mentioned the lack of consent into coming to existence yet?
I know it's a paradox and it would be impossible for someone to exist with its consent, but I think the right solution would be for no one to exist.
Self awareness sucks lmaoThe pain of awareness
Be careful It might make you more suicidal. We were thrown into blender of life, where everything works like inanimate robots. From bacteria to countries, where real pain is felt by us, from sickness to war. I feel trampled or at least used by people many times over when they just pursue expansion of their little egos. It was expected of me to be like that too, because It pays. It's mostly other people tbh. I feel like the vaaast majority of people are severely deficient in self-awareness and reflection. Everything is driven by motivated reasoning. It's an absurd horror show. Not like I'm that much better either, my own inability to escape the same tendencies is also bothersome.
I am sorry about your condition, chronic fatigue must be terrible, I hate being fatigued for no reason. And healthcare is terrible for people with unusual illnesses. They just are useless and misdiagnose people to pretend they can treat disease that wasn't there rather than one which is real. But that is just my theory. The part which bothers me the most is the part about breathing. I'd enjoy my life a lot more if I wasn't breathing.
Ok, on a serious note: What bothers me the most is the way the medical community misstreats ME/CFS patients. Not having my suffering recognized by medical professionals for years, has been an almost unbearable act of violence. Almost all ME/CFS patients are dismissed out of hand and go through years and years of medical gaslighting. Some of us are lucky enough to get a correct diagnosis in the end, but for many, the sad reality is that they got told to exercise and change their thought patterns. And this advice is given to people who suffer from a profound dysfunction of the nervous system, the immune system, cell metabolism and virtually all body systems.
I feel like extra in apocalypse movie, like that one sun ray which travels millions of kilometres to bounce of pile of shit. We have magnificent gift of consciousness which is miracle of highest order, but that miracle is forced to work half of time or study, and rest is used by eating and procreating. It is like joke without punchline. I was hoping I could at least see something epic like meteor killing all life on earth. But no, I just browse internet and stare at walls. The sheer mundanity of it. Brutal.
Wise words you saidHaving to compare ourselves with others in all aspects. Either feeling more superior or inferior. Both are really bad and undesirable
