Exactly this for me too...To be precise, one thing that I regret very much was a very first failed attempt in 2015 when my first depressive crises started that I still didn't even know what the fuck was depression ... that's if I had done it...I would have been spared many years of severe painIf I could, I would change the fact that I was born in the first place, but of course that was not my decision. More than anything I wish I never existed. Apart from that I would choose to ctb at an earlier age, if I did that it would have prevented a lot of suffering.

I am proud to say that I've been clean for just over 20 years but I still deal with the affects. I've just some good friends and a marriage because of it. It was a Great weight loss plan though.
