What methods are easily accessible from a supermarket/ department store?

I'm going to the store for the first time in a couple months tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone knew of materials I could buy from a department store. It's probably unlikely, but figured I would ask anyway. I could just order something online but it's harder to find reliable sources and I live with others and it might be harder to hide it from them that way.

I mean rope, firearms can be found in a lot of places in America if you're from here.

Weights can be obtained to tie to yourself if you'd like to drown (that sounds awful but..) and of course OTC medication but the likelyhood of OD'ing in those meds are slim and can cause damage if a CTB is failed which it more than likely will.

You could purchase syringes for OD via heroine/fent. Charcoal for CO2 poisoning. Knives or razors could work as well.

If you live in America, they might sell guns and ammunition.
Otherwise, you could purchase any number of fuels, as well as matches and lighters for self-immolation.

expanding on co2 - charcol, tent, chimney starter, bucket tray, duct tape, etc should all be acquirable from something like a walmart. linked the megathread, i think there's a few different options for the particulars.
