• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

just curious if any medication has helped anyone alleviate the thoughts of ctb and whatnot. one medication that i've took in the past was pregabalin, it helped a little bit and i'm considering if i should take it again.

Some meds kinda alleviate my suicidal thoughts, but not enough. I still can feel them.

The med I've found most helpful is Buspar. It's prescribed for anxiety. It doesn't remove my want to ctb, but it's been helpful to get by in the meantime.

Mirtazapine and Effexor. I do have some side effects from Effexor. Still these two are responsible for most of my recovery.

If it helped you i think u should go ahead and take it i personally cant give u anything because the drug i took was seronil (fluoxetine) and it didnt helped me with anything. just remember not to become too depented on them and to have some sort of a plan of lowering dosage and finally stopping taking it later on. Much love and good luck 🤗

For now lithium and Effexor and buspar

Lithium has helped stabilize my mood. Effexor helps with anxiety and depression also has buspar.

I'm on gabapentin, paliperidone, carbamazepine, lamotrigine, and Seroquel.

They all have been helping me a lot and really flipped my life around. I think the real game changer was the lamotrigine. After that my energy was back and even though i still have depression I can be myself with minimal suicidal thoughts.

I'm on Lexapro and seraquel. Took both before bed but was having horrific suicidal ideation. Serquel is high dose and Lexapro fairly low. Dr changed Lexapro to am and it made all the difference. Have no idea why our his but fir now I'm just enjoying the peace

Unfortunately, not much, and I've been on a lot of different medications over the years.

I have a feeling I might be the sort of person who "needs something to happen" in order to get out of this. I just have to try to hold out long enough until, hopefully, something does.
