• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

And on the contrary, what makes a bad, or even dangerous, one?

I've seen 2 psychologists so far. I thought both were quite good honestly.

I discontinued my sessions with the first one because we both acknowledged that we keep discussing things without making much progress, and we end up covering no ground. I appreciated that she knew she can't help me further and didn't push the recovery agenda. I think the same is slowly happening with my second one too.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I think good psychologists don't start with the intent that they will fix you, they try what they can and acknowledge when they can't help you anymore. It feels more genuine to me.
