What kind of madness is this?

So I've been mostly MIA for a bit because I was struggling to exist and trying to make it through the days. When I logged back in and tried to get my bearings I saw a message. It's just the weirdest thing that I could think to see. Basically I'd be paying for this person to take a vacation and kill me with my own weapon. If I had a gun I'd like to think I'd be gone already. This is a half assed hitman at best.
