I used to be obsessed with Spam pork because just eating it straight from can with spoon was the easy way to get calories when I was able to eat but had no motivation or routine to eat during the day because I was on bupropion.
Nowadays I'm more of avoiding certain food, mostly plants and soy. there are lot of them in Japanese foods, I want to eat more saturated fats because I look so malnourished BMI of around 14.
