I've been on a low fod map diet the past few weeks due to IBS and chronic gastritis/reflux. I've been loving steam vegetables (bok choy, carrots, green beans, spinach) with steamed tofu and ginger. I season it with miso sauce and nutritional yeast. It's super yummy and doesn't cause any abdominal pains, for which I am grateful.

Steamed veggies are seriously goated. Wish I didn't have severe problems with veggies like I do rn, restricting me to a more restricted diet.
Ig mine is ground beef and tomato concentrated rn. Don't feel like eating much else really, though I did add some cheese lately, though not the gouda I wanted, which really ruined the overall sweet flavour of the dish. Next time hopefully.

I used to be obsessed with Spam pork because just eating it straight from can with spoon was the easy way to get calories when I was able to eat but had no motivation or routine to eat during the day because I was on bupropion.
Nowadays I'm more of avoiding certain food, mostly plants and soy. there are lot of them in Japanese foods, I want to eat more saturated fats because I look so malnourished BMI of around 14.
