  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I've been reading studies that say diets with less empty carbs and sugars like the Mediterranean and DASH diets, and it seems to align with my own experiences.

Examples of studies:

I feel like shit when I binge of chips, pasta, baked goods, and ice cream. On the other hand, I feel my depression lightened and I somewhat feel less desire to CTB whenever I stick to mostly fruits, veggies, and lean meats.

However, I'm not entirely sure if it's just me jumping to conclusions. Has anyone else noticed any changes whenever you change how you eat (for better or worse)?

Sugar and sweets generally are often linked to mood disorders. Cutting them out as much as possible can only help.

But mostly you probably just avoid feeling guilty about eating junk.

I have a ton of salads(every veggie imaginable) , organ meats like liver, kidney, brain etc. a cabinet full of all the vitamins and minerals from Thorne research.

cold plunge and sauna plus exercise.

Nothing helps. something fundamental is missing. that stuff will help normal people.

My diet ranges from terrible to not too great. Seeing as I've gone through a particularly unhealthy phase, I've put on weight and feel so shit. Feeling more tired than usual after doing physical work which is making me more lethargic and more unhappy.

Sadly, junk food does cheer me up in the short- term though. So, it's just shit really. I can either be miserable because I'm having to diet and eat healthy food or, I can eat junk, feel happy but then feel even worse when I put on weight. I just think life's shit.
