Mine's a scene from the analog horror series The Mandela Catalogue. Character went into a fit of psychosis and killed himself. It's blurred obvi but i think the statement "Nobody came for me" is very telling

Mine is just a piece of art I like by Dino Buzzati. There's just something about it that captures me... an intensity to the melancholy, a sense of confident resignation. There's raw sadness in her expression, but it almost feels like it's taunting the viewer, asking you why it makes you uncomfortable and what you're going to do about it. It just felt fitting for SaSu, people facing their pain head on, finding power in honesty and not shying away from uncomfortable realities.

It's Lilla, a character from League of Legends game with a poorly made cosmic background (I don't have patience for Canva or Photoshop hahahaha), because I occasionally play that game and she's one of my fictional crushes.

Weeping willow.
Weeping = sadness
Willow = one of my favorite trees
Great question, by the way.
weeping willow is one of my favourite trees too; I like thinking of them when I'm sad because it feels like the tree's sad with you. You can sit beneath them and they both cry with you and reach out to embrace you with their limbs/branches. Your profile pic of them blowing in the wind is really cool, Binderz :)

Tears: Thanks for bringing a smile to my face. I love the embrace of a willow's branches, too. Round and round I twist myself -- getting lost in the leaves and limbs. So comforting.

Mine is from the animated film The Last Unicorn. It's basically the story of a wandering immortal unicorn who goes on a search looking for the rest of her kind after finding out she may be the last one. In the process she meets both good and bad people, and at a certain point she is transformed into a human and has to navigate the new experience of human emotions, including love and pain. She comes to know the loss of innocence that comes with being a mortal. I liked the film as a child but can't really watch it anymore since it makes me sad.

It's a picture of a food tray to remind others and myself that we need to enjoy our last days and hold on to precious memories with people, as we are the food.

We take for granted what we have everyday and people are often discarded like food to be eaten by pack of wolves who needs to it or prey on a meal to feast from the hunt, and this simple photo conveys how the world is and treat us like food made and packaged by hard working individuals that we have to get on our own and some of us may never really see it as a luxury, because we're always busy, and we don't get enough time to enjoy it truly for what it is and slow down.

It conveys so much, but to me, it truly shows us as the meal being made by two people who worked hard to raise us or tried to, and then, we are tossed into a grocery store and desired and wanted, but they don't really 'see' us and don't take time to just slow down and chew their meals properly.

It's sadly the same with people.

It's why we're at a lost as a society, no time, and nothing…
