Method What is the ideal method to ctb

I am looking for a quick and relatively painless death. I've thought about hanging but worry about tieing a good knot and finding a good place for it. Another thought is jumping but idk any good places (btw i live in south west England). Just thinking about what's good methods and any tips for when i do decide to do it.

I also just wish to cease existing painlessly, all I want is to never suffer ever again and finally be free from this cruel, torturous existence, I see so much cruelty in how there isn't the option to just simply cease existing in peace and never exist again, I always wish to just never wake, I hope you find the relief you search for.

Ultimately the best method is the one you follow through with. If you half ass it, it will fail and cause damage no matter what it is

The "ideal" method is the one you study and learn a lot about, become comfortable with, gain confidence in, have access to, and can deliver you (is proven and not a "non-method") to peace.
