Generally when I'm alone with my thoughts and when I'm not doing any work. Basically from the evening until I fall asleep. Every single day
I don't do anything in particular to "power through", I just endure. Sometimes music helps tho.

Towards the end of the day generally, from like 22:00 or so. I think because the days ending and, most of the time, I've done nothing all day so feel utterly useless. Interestingly, this can also provoke me into being most productive at this time. But not always. I suspect that I'm also mentally tired by this time and this gives me darker thoughts than usual and I'm extremely panicked and stressed often during this period.

Luckily, it's also nearly bed time so I just go to bed and wake up reset most of the time.

Night is a reminder of everything I have to do tomorrow. I do my best to spend time with friends, but i don't wanna bother them so it's only whenever they ask me to be around. don't have many either so it's not a nightly thing.

also not the question - but sunday is the worst day to have to go through in general. just sit there all day thinking about how wrong the week ahead could go. at least on monday you're already along for the ride.

I hate every waking moment spent here in this hellish world, there could never be any peace and relief from suffering as long as I'm awake. And the reality is that if I don't ctb then I basically have no choice but to continue existing, that is sadly just the way that things are. It's very unfortunate how there is just no way to pass away in our sleep.

About 30 seconds after waking up is the worst for me. No matter how good of a mood I was in the day before, I wake up with that sensation that everything is closing in on me, thinking about how everything that can go wrong will go wrong Depending on the day, it can go away quickly or linger as long as the rest of the day
