I have seen many SN protocols and they all seem to be a little different and a lot of people have to substitute drugs.

Anti emetic - metoclopramide seems to be the best. I think I'm going to take that and Zofran.

Anti anxiety - Xanax seems to the favorite

Beta blocker - Propranolol seems to be the one I see most.

Any other drugs recommended or are there better combos? I'm figuring out my protocol now and have all the above mentioned medications and want to know I'm setting myself for the most peaceful situation possible.

As long as you have benzodiazepines then you're good to go cuz a protocol with that component can hardly be considered peaceful because not only do benzos induce sleep and calmness they also can counter act against the possible seizure attacks that may come from taking the SN (just always make sure you won't be interrupted or found or interfered with once u start attempting ofcourse.)
