I'm trying to develop a plan to CTB, a big piece of the puzzle missing for me is being able to share my uncensored feelings to important people around me. I only want these important people to find this information. I didn't want to write something and hide something at the risk of it being found by my family members before them, as well as my terrible handwiring. I've been running along the idea of a scheduled message of some sort but I'm not sure what to do. I also am not sure how to express my feelings without anybody feeling pained. I deserve to die but those around me don't deserve to go through any more pain than what they're already going through. Any recommendations?
