Help what is the best method to have "just in case"?

so yeah, what is the easiest and IRREVERSIBLE method i could always have on hand in case shit hits the fan and i will need to get out? preferably something relatively compact. i don't care about pain, so i guess pills, but which ones are the most effective and what is the amount i need?
by irreversible i meant a situation where someone calls an ambulance on me and me getting to the hospital in.. let's say two hours

nah, its not a relief, it's my paranoia
again, not looking for a peaceful way, but the one that will keep me safe in case bad stuff happens (like police knocking on my door)

My "just in case" fallback method is firearm. It's not my preferred method, which is CO, but if worst comes to worst, like if some health situation comes about where I am unable to carry out my CO plan, I can resort to my plan B, which is firearm.

I wouldn't regard pills as a very effective emergency button. Depending on what you take and the time it takes to be given medical attention, it may cause irreversible damage but death isn't guaranteed.

Pills are either a long, luck, or a numbers game. You fuck yourself up with organ damage for a slow, painful way out, gamble on lethality with stuff accessible to you, or you somehow manage to swallow (and stomach, mind you) enough pills.

All in all unreliable, but it sure doesn't stop anyone from trying and gambling the odds.

Either way though, I don't find the 2 hour wait time very realistic. At least where I am, if someone calls EMS or a welfare check on you, they kind of ruin your parade pretty fast.

Knowing that, a lot of methods that are time-sensitive (require you to be uninterrupted for at least a good few minutes) kind of fall through unless you're practiced and well ready to act very, very, fast with pretty good accuracy.

But let's be honest, if that was the case, proooooobably wouldn't be asking for a plan b now, would you?

Bitter apricot seeds or almonds? They have cyanide in them and if you eat enough it'll be so fast that unless there's an antidote nearby by the time medics get there you should be dead. At least from what I've read. Could be wrong though
Also super easy to get, like ridiculously so. I got mine off of amazon and they are still selling selling them

Unfortunately pills are not a reliable method at all, in fact today's pills are very safe and most OD's fail miserably. And no method is irreversible in a way that full success is guaranteed. They all will most likely cause irreversible injury if failed though.
My own plan was if I must immediately CTB, to jump from 9th floor, that i had access to. I had time to research and found out it was not guaranteed to succeed, but rather cause severe injury. When I was in panic, I thought of getting hit by train but its to intimidating and I would most likely freak out before impact.
There is no easy way out of this hell, unlike how easy it was to be just born.
