I love snow!!!! Everyone who lives in a sunny country loves snow. I've lived in Vancouver for a while and loved it.
Fair enough. I used to love snow and skiing. Then I started making enough money to go to warm places in the winter. After that, if snow was predicted, I would make sure I was out of the state for a couple days and down in Tampa or key west.

I do love Antigua and Barbados, wouldn't mind living there either.

In fact, I have the possibility to move to San Francisco, but I rejected the offer because it is a fucking expensive city, the hectic lifestyle is not my thing
You dodged a bullet there. SF used to be a somewhat decent city, but is a shithole now in every sense of the word.
Not a country I would move to, sorry Americans, I would rather move to Canada.
Same here. I've vacationed in Canada once with family when I was young, we were lucky enough to be chosen as 'guest of the day' at the hotel we stayed at, and they gave us a special comfy room for a night.

All of North America should have been colonized by the godless French, not by work-obsessed Protestant freaks.

Hey, I see that you know a lot about the USA, definitely if things go well for me, I would try living in the USA, but I don't know in which city it would be convenient, I like big cities but at the same time they don't require a very hectic lifestyle

Got plenty of homeless camps, expensive housing for cracker box sized apartments, trigger happy police and citizens, (If you're lucky you'll get shot by either it's a coin flip honestly) Customers ready to beat up some poor McDonalds employee over not putting enough salt on their french fries, elderly and boomers telling the younger generation to stop being lazy and work harder for extremely low minimum wage pay and a huge Military budget for spreading "Peace" across the Globe while helping ourselves to plenty of other countries resources. But hey guys like Bezos, Musk and plenty of top CEO's made a literal killing off of the blood sweat and tears of average everyday American people to fund their Yachts and Rocket Ships. Is the U.S way better off compared to the rest of the world? Most definitely. Does the entirety of the U.S get to share in the wealth and splendor it creates? Fuck no, the rich get richer and poor get poorer. The so called American dream died decades and decades ago.

The only thing worse than work-obsessed Protestant freaks is when that same stock of people become atheists and transfer all that guilt-and-fear puritanical energy into racial self-flagellation and screaming at people over offensive microaggressions.

Also, speaking of the godless French, I think you'd like Quebec based on my impression of it. Lots of laid-back hairy decadent whores with good taste and nice buildings.

Most US cities are like that unfortunately. I've heard a lot that places in the midwest are generally a lot less stressful, if you're looking for a city I would name Lincoln, Nebraska (haven't been there though, best to ask someone who has to be sure).

You could try living in the suburbs nearby big cities. Best of both worlds potentially…although sometimes it can also be the worst of both…

But it's so cold there! Also, I think the actual French don't consider that scary language they speak in Quebec French. :ahhha: Speaking of decadent whores with good taste, I've been listening to Rufus Wainwright's first 2 albums. He grew up in Montreal. l just love how incredibly purposely vulgar in a gay way he's always been. He's almost ten years older than me, so you're probably too young to know who the hell I'm talking about. :))

I'm so tired of you, America
You took advantage of a world that loved you well
I'm going to a town that has already been burnt down
I'm so tired of you, America...

America better repent 'cause the gay Messiah's a-cummin' :halo:

He will then be reborn
From 1970s porn
Wearing tube socks with style
And such an innocent smile

Better pray for your sins
'Cause the gay Messiah's coming

No, it will not be me
Rufus the Baptist I be
No, I won't be the one
Baptized in cum

Better pray for your sins
'Cause the gay Messiah's coming

No palm trees or beaches there. None of us are going to make the slightest bit of difference where we live, so may as well go where you can swim in the ocean 10-11 months out of the year.

Where? This sounds like the clues from Malcolm in the Riddle as to where they live. Somewhere California culture-wise, with palm trees everywhere and little snow like Florida, close enough to Roswell, NM if you need a friendly ranch man and his wife for a country roadtrip, within driving in a day distance to both Indian casinos in the Midwest, 8 hours away to an Alabama military school for the son, yet only a few hours drive to Vegas.

But of course, there has to be a waterpark nearby, plus the driving plates must be from Oklahoma, cause I like how they look.

*sniff* Ahh, Anywhere, USA! Pristine, isn't it?

Really the only place in the US you can swim in the ocean 10 months a year is south Florida. Miami is crazy expensive to live in, but you can sacrifice one month of swimming and live anywhere along the Gulf coast.

Lovely friendly people, one of the best rated best country to live rated countries in the world, the first one is Sweden i think.

I was just about to post this in response to your Going To A Town link and then I saw you beat me to it.

I didn't know he was Canadian. He looks it now that he's older. I'd swear this was a New Brunswick fisherman.

Wainwright

Anyway of course I know Rufus Wainwright. He's the one who still very occasionally gets played in gay spaces in between Lil Nas X and Lizzo and I think to myself oh wow what is this, why have my ears stopped bleeding for a second?

He was born in upstate New York, but he was raised in Montreal. Here's one more song of his about life in America that's tailor-made for SS:

Life is the longest death in California
California, you're such a wonder that I think I'll stay in bed
California, so much to plunder that I think I'll sleep instead
:))

The American Dream...In America you can dream big and sometimes dreams really can become true.
In my country this is impossible,no way to change your condition,at least in America you can still hope...here neither hope is left
