What has your diet been like lately

  • I eat very healthy, cook at home, or follow a diet (Keto, high protein, etc)

my diet has been a big issue for me. i dont have the energy to cook, so i frequently eat out/order delivery. however, i make this my only meal of the day, which is very bad. it has really hurt me. even when i used to work out at the gym, i was being nerfed because i didnt cook at home.

lately however, ive lost my appetite. havent eaten in like 2 days and im still not hungry today. my brain feels like it has given up on my body.

I ate scrambled egg in the morning (around 11am or so), some grapes, then a tasty bun with beef around 2:15-2:30pm or so, drank some regular milk from a packet around 6-7pm, and had a pulled mushroom taco, with avocado, cheese, beans, and bbq sauce. And some random sweets hours later.

So a semi random diet.

I'm no nutritionist but maybe it's better to split the meal into smaller portions across the day than only one portion? Smaller portion also makes it easier to eat if you barely have appetite.

I don't feel good when my stomach is full. I'd rather feel tired because then my mind starts wanting me to die. Since I feel like my death day is nearing, I decided to eat whatever I like. Today, I had biryani, and that was enough.

I began rapidly spending my life savings last year and I started eating a lot of luxury food, a food that I wasn't being able to afford because I am not a rich person. Because of this I've gained a 10Kg in the past year.

I've IBS so i can't digest foods high in FODMAP. I try to add veggies and protein along with carbs in my diet. And try to consume less processed food and sugar. That's all.

Same. I used to be very careful what I ate. Always trying to improve variety, get more fruits and veggies and grilled meats.
Now I get a few cheap things at McDonald's frequently. Pizza a lot. A bunch of other quick junky things. Losing a lot of muscle mass. Was pretty fit this time last year. All a wasted effort now.

Two years ago, I tried to kill myself and figured "Why should I watch my weight, I am going to die anyway?" Now here I am 60 pounds overweight and can not go up a flight of stairs without being winded. I recently started watching my diet again and am slowly losing all the fat I put on.

My diet used to be atrocious. I ate so damn much junk food and put on a lot of extra weight. Eating that stuff made me feel a little bit better, and I would eat so much of it just to have a few moments of not feeling so awful.

But within these past few weeks, I've found that the snacks don't do anything for me anymore. My appetite is almost completely gone and I've dropped way more weight than would be considered safe for the timeframe. On most days I have to force myself to eat one small thing, it's all I can manage.
