Discussion What happens to suicide letters if you survive?

I really want to know what happens to them cuz while I really respect the meaning of suicide letters but I also know that mine are definitely gonna be cringe af and there ain't no way if I survive that I'm gonna have to look these people that read the letters in the eyes and be fine with that. Please tell me that the letters don't get released to the people if you survive

I mean, I imagine since they're ur possessions, they have no reason to give them to anyone else, let alone deliver them. Hard to say tho lol, would probs depend on who found you. I remember my parents found my note after I pussied out of an attempt, that was embarrassing haha.
