Depends on where you do it. Its better to do it at another place where they is no other people , that way their sleep place doesn't get full of cops investigating the scene. Professionals pathologists are used to suicides. What happens after doesn't matter.

Only if you died in a way that implicated someone. If they saw your last text was thanking your acquaintance for supplying the thing then yeah.
