What happens if you try CTB with food grade sn?

I've heard that it could work and even taste better with a better texture. I think you'd probably have to drink more to actually ctb. Is there a minimum % needed?

I'm also curious about the taste and texture difference between food grade versus industrial grade. Why would you have to drink more?

I think the concern is seeking out "food grade" SN makes it a lot easier to end up with Sodium Nitrate or Nitrite Salt, which won't work. Generally, this represents a difference between 98% purity and 0.6% purity. If you're dealing nitrite salt, you'd need over 150 doses to get the same amount of SN.

If it's genuine food grade SN, it should still be close to 98% and probably wouldn't need to be taken any differently. I'm not sure the taste will really be different. It's not like food grade SN is made for normal consumption.
