According to what others have said as long as medical intervention doesn't happen I'll be successful. If I happen to some how wake up I'll just take the other dose that I'll have on standby. I'm making 2 spare doses just in case when I decide to CTB.
That's not correct information, though- a lot of people have posted here after failing Sn attempts. If they do they feel really sick for 2 -3 days and then start to feel better, typically. Some people can't get themselves to take the second dose or, if they do, it comes right back up sometimes. Following Stan's guide as closely as possible is the best bet. One person I remember here threw up the first time and thwn weeks later tried again and it seemed to work.

SN is very deadly as long as you do not get caught and absorb enough in your body without vomiting.
Normally if people get help at the hospital they are given methylene blue, and eventually get better. Also i have read a few posts where people are experimenting with a small amount of sn like 1g, they have some bad side effects but eventually most of them recover. It is highly recommeneded that no one does this as SN is lethal and not suitable as a cry for help.
