What happened to the chat?

I haven't been on this site for a while so I decided to revisit it. What happened to the little chat on here? Did it get removed for something?

It still exists, but it's locked behind some fairly low, unknown conditions like having some post count and/or account age. In your case, post count.

It's still here for me. They have a rule where you have to post a certain number of times. Maybe 19 posts isn't enough?

I've been looking for the chat too. I figured there's a minimum amount of posts you need to make in order to access it.. but dang, what's the magic number??

Requirements to enter chat has been changed

I received some messages recently from members asking why they are unable to enter chat. We changed the requirements to enter chat to prevent trolls and alt-accounts from entering chats easily and pursuing malicious goals. Thanks for your understanding and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused...

It appeared for me today. Cant be 100% sure but i passed 30 messages about the same time. Idk if "reaction score" matters (however thats calculated) or number of likes you've given etc.

Oh wow. I completely forgot I made this post so I'm just now seeing this. But yeah, I remember being on the live chat a lot about a year ago and it was active but now i can no longer see it. I haven't been active on here for a few months so I wasn't aware of this update.
