What happen if i take sn without fasting? I vomit, or It doesn't work?

You will vomit regardless without an antiemetic but the reason you need to fast is in order to lower the required dosage for it to be fatal. Any food being left in your system makes it easier for your body to simply absorb and metabolize anything that enters your body be it SN or alcohol. It basically makes the SN more potent.

I assume it would increase time you'll pass out. So there would be more pain and more time for panic to kick in and call an ambulance or smth.

Most failures seem to be from not fasting, or no AE or backup dose for when things come up.
Check out the info in this thread. There is also another thread somewhere. The guide exists for a reason, and fasting is a crucial part of it.
