I havent played anything today, I was busy being in the gym and buying groceries. Making food right now. I would like to play lots of video games, but I have trouble focusing, so I cant. There is also aspect of anhedonia.

I think I can relate. I have lots of unplayed games on steam and gog list. They are waiting there till I can enjoy them without anhedonia.

Going to the gym is always a good idea. I miss being able to go to the gym. Since I lost my job and money, all I usually do is lift the old weights I have in my room and do leg exercises, as well as walking :-)

Yeah, I also like walking, but thats mostly during spring, summer and autumn.

What is a TN panel? touch panel? I have the touchpad disabled, I always use the mouse. It's my old Lenovo laptop, bought in 2014. Old games work fine :-)

Well, it is possibility in my city, but this gym space was only meant for different patients. It is smaller, but there are lots of machines. I am happy with it. Lets not forget sauna and indoor swimming pool after training lol.

tbh I don't wish to be put in any mental hospital so I'll have to live without those.

You dont need to be put into any mental hospital. You can use this gym if you are "avokuntoutuija" not sure what that is in english language, open mental health patient or something?

Yes, this laptop has a horrible screen, of poor quality. I hope one day I can buy a good one. This one is from 2014 and only works with games that require very little power.
