I was prescribed the rather mild opiate tramadol for pain. Besides helping against pain it also gives (fake) feelings of well-being, euphoria, and excitement. It actually works really well for appointments and social occasions, it gives a lot of social energy and I can converse for hours.

I use it almost every time I have to deal with people: job interviews, long school days, family visits, nights out etc.

Which drugs help you navigate through life a little easier?

I wish I know this kind of drug before. Sometime, when I stand in a line just knowing somebody standing behind me. My legs and hands start shaking. Its embarrassing.
