I haven't researched this method, so I can't answer technical questions surrounding it. I can only tell you that the pressure itself does not mean much, the amount of gas in them is what you need.
A bar is the equivalent of one 'atmosphere' of pressure I think.
Imagine like you're going under water, the deeper you go the more pressure there is. So 200 bar is like 200 'atmospheres' of pressure...
