Most nights I have trouble sleeping at the moment

Had a very very strange day of working through a few things in my head and with people

Kinda fuzzy exhausted

Feeling bizarre dreams coming on

Hopefully some good mixed in with the lost, familiar yet mixed up worlds, falling, missing planes, reunited with friends from past, dead or alive

Occasionally have a good dream I'm sorry to wake from

Not often

May be tonight

How about you people?

Lately I've been dreaming of drowning (or nearly drowning) a lot. I expect tonight will be the same. What kind of bizarre dreams are you expecting?

The last few nights I've been having vivid nightmares of people i care about accidentally dying or of me killing myself in extreme ways, such as swallowing glass. I hope I do not have another nightmare like that tonight but they've been happening almost daily.

I've been dreaming a lot about my child, a little toddler with curly hair coming to wake me and ask to sleep with me or something alike, it gives me peace and I really hope to dream on that tonight as well

Not had drowning

May being lost, lifts falling, going round in buildings that are a massive mix up of a thousand places I have been

Teeth falling out is a common one

Good dreams, far and few between are flying - but is unpredictable

Try to think of good stuff like that to get a good dream - occasionally works

Yeah, same here.

Ever since I made my plan an accepted what I'm going to do, my dreams have changed a lot. These days I'm not in my dreams, if that makes sense. They happen in settings I'm familiar with, but I'm in the position of someone watching a TV show, rather than being in the story. It doesn't feel as if it's ME watching either, the stories are completely disconnected from me, aside from knowing who is in them and where they occur.

For example: I had a dream a couple weeks back that management was hiring psychologists to keep on staff at my work place. Of course, I wasn't present in this dream. Nobody spoke to or about me, and I never perceived "myself" in the dream. (I suspect this was supposed to be a display of my work place after I CTB.) it turns out the "psychologist" they hired was a guy who was always on some kind of psychedelic and had a golden retriever lol.

I've been having a lot of these types of dreams and they're rather enjoyable. Nobody ever seems very distressed that I am gone, it's just as if I never existed.

I can't remember what I dreamt about last night, but it was a good dream. After dealing with many constant nightmares recently, I woke up today feeling well rested and good, for the first time in months…so I'm really hoping I'll have another good one tonight.

A lot of interesting replies already

Thanks

I'm going to try and sleep and have a nice dream

May be lying on a beach somewhere just dozing in and out of consciousness

Hearing the waves lap on the shore

Warmth of sun on your skin

Not really bothered what came before or after

Just enjoying the moment

Maybe a nice tune playing

Maybe silence

I wish you who want it a happy dream like this tonight

May be a universal meeting of minds across the internet

May be a load of bollocks

Report back whatever your sleep brings

Gx

I usually find it hard to remember the specific details of what I dream about, but tonight it is likely I will probably have a nightmare. I do often vaguely remember having unpleasant dreams. For me, there is no peace even in sleep, peace will only exist in death. I hope to fall into an eternal, dreamless sleep. That is all I want.

I'll literally be dreaming about my current situation, what I lost the past few months and how fucked up I truly am. The same as EVERY FUCKING NIGHT. I'll then proceed to wake up with anxiety, as usual.

I dreamt I amputated my legs and someone made some sort of stilts for me to walk on. Walking on the stilts made my feet hurt. I know it doesn't make sense lol. I guess it's because I've been experiencing more pain recently, also in my legs.

I like how weird dreams can be. I don't have nightmares that often. Though I know what it's like to wake up sobbing. And I frequently have dreams where I'm being chased or something like that. Wishing everyone sweet dreams and no nightmares!

I can't ever have decent dreams. They're never quite nightmares either, but always leave me feeling unsettled and tired.

They're either about being late to school or work, or some super messed up, fragmented dream. The dreams where I ctb or try to are usually nice, but not always.

Sorry to hear that 😕 largely the same over here too. Hoping for a better night for us both!

Thanks - hope you have a better sleep too x

Up and down at the moment since my failed Beachy Head visit recently

Trying to make life work and not go back

Hope things work out but expecting they won't despite my best efforts

Know the best spot now - think I'd source an upper like MDMA and have a good tune in my ears - close my eyes and run at it

Appropriate lyrics (what there are of them)

Sitting there thinking just attracts attention

Only go when ready

Right spot - nobody walks away

I looked down my spot - shit is higher than all other popular places - straight down, no ledges - cliff actually goes back in on itself - other spots people fail

No fucker comes back from 'my' spot it you go over it's over - probably be found in multiple pieces

Good to have that in the back pocket

Hopefully won't need it

I get that 👍🏻

Sometimes I watch something like this to make me have an exciting night / dream

In a odd way it makes up for a boring day

Many of my dreams involve me confronted with an insoluble problem. Almost all are creepy. Sometimes I'll wake up and then "go back" to the dream. My very rare good dreams always involve me meeting a woman I'm very attracted to. But then the dream ends.

I had a few bad days recently. One night I don't know if I even slept or if it was really a dream. I just kept waking up to the feeling/image of shooting myself in my head. It actually made me feel better so I could fall back to sleep.

I have the same nightmares over and over again: that my ex leaves me and that I am so ill that I become paralized and am unable to walk.

In other words, I am relieving the two most traumatic events of my life…

lately I"ve been dreaming too of being underwater. I"m getting used to it a little, so it's not always drowning; just being far underwater and sometimes deciding to stay there or go back down.

Lately I have been having dreams about the world ending. Like, one night I am in a simple gament, like in the desert, and my children (but not MY children) are playing and the the world beneath us breaks apart and I rush to save them and we all fly into other parts of space and then I wake up. Or I am on vacay and the whole sky turns red and my stomach sinks and I can't get to anyone I care about in time.... That one did end well tho. I found a pretty woman to spend my time with... We confessed to each other that this is just where we wanted to be when it all ends, in the arms of someone who gets us and loves us despite ourselves...
