Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm very anxious today and I can't think of anything to do. It's very cold outside today and I only have 0.60 cents. My parents are yelling and insulting me more than usual today, I can't think of anything I can do to alleviate my anxiety. What do you think? Thanks everyone, it feels good to be able to express yourself.

My coping mechanism has always been to shut down, but it's not great because you feel less of everything. One thing that does really help if it's pure anxiety are benzos, just be careful and take them sparingly. You could also try mindfulness/breathing exercises.
I used to go for very long walks and listen to music and come back too physically tired to worry so much. Strenuous exercise too. When you think about it, animals use the release of adrenaline to either pursue prey or, run away from it. As humans, we just let it build up unfortunately.
The best thing to have happened to me was getting my own room. Now I can mostly just stay in my room and try to ignore reality with games, videos and/or music. Not a very healthy way to deal with anxiety, but I guess it works somewhat.
