What's worse is when your forced to do the things that you physically can't deal with. I perosnally have been depressed since I was 12 (I'm 18 now), and going to school is the worst thing of my life. I am being forced to go to a fucking hell hole every monday-friday dealing with people I don't want to see. I still have a toxic ex that make my life even worse than it already is. I have gone past the point that I can bare. I'm hoping to CTB soon if my survival instincts don't kick in again. Not true at all. The depression makes it so we can't do anything.
There is plenty to do in the world but our illness won't allow us. It's not the boredom that causes depression, it's the depression that leads to boredom.
Depression makes us suicidal, tired, lose focus and then it makes us think we are not ill.
