What do you think is it high enough building for ctb?

it appears that 30-50ft is lethal but if needed to be 100% fatal i'd go around 80ft

30 - 50ft you'll likely end up disabled or severely injured.
that checks out, as most sources say that you'll only CTB after such a fall if no medical assistance is administered, but if you were to land on your head or neck, i'd assume it's very likely to do the job.

It looks to be about 15 storeys so 45 metres or roughly 147 ft from the roof to ground.
That would likely do it.

I heard that if i jumping from 150ft i have maybe 1-2% that i dont die

This building have 17 storeys then its maybe 51m or 167ft
