Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been trying to do simple things like walking and making food but I get so tired that I just don't do them. I need energy to do things. I mean I have an apartment which means I need a job in order to pay for rent. What do I do if I can't work? I'm far too exhausted.

Lately I really enjoy going for long walks, be it alone or with a friend. Walking makes me feel like doing something productive so I don't feel completely useless.
if you cant socialize or not the type who reads or writes books , make plans of a long trip off the grid with professional 250 $ crossbow with a friend or 2 or 3 ....and later or meanwhile write a book of your choice for profit but for fun or raw interest at the start then maybe it makes a good boook..in general if you cant socialize which i think you should atleast with your close relatives like parents , try making a plan for travel or income gaining it makes it interesting for me and you just need internet. But people is a good thing if you dont have shame issues..

For me I find that eating and energy and exercise are all connected. All parts of an essential chain. The trouble is many times depression makes me lose my appetite. I just don't want the hassle of making food and eating. A gradually get tired, lethargic and lose weight.
Recently I'm trying to make sure I eat something. Something easy and basic but nutritious. I pour some oats into a bowl with some almonds. Then pour in some milk and a bit of honey. Leave it for 30 minutes and then eat what I can. Even if it's just a bit, I can always put the bowl in the fridge for a bit later.
Have a peanut butter sandwich. Have an apple (fibrous food which can also help teeth and gums), kiwi fruit. Basic and cheap stuff that packs a lot of nutrition.
As for exercise, that's something that you need to do otherwise it's a downward spiral of tiredness. Just do a bit of exercise. A bit is better than none at all. Walking is good. Also press ups. Just do a a few throughout the day. Little and often.
This is what works for me personally. But even then I can be so down that I have no motivation to eat or exercise.

If you are too exhausted to work or do everyday activities you could talk to a doctor and see if your fatigue is due to physical illness or psychological problems. Since you posted this in Recovery I assume you want to get better, so maybe a visit or a phone call to your health care provider could be a first step.
I've been living with chronic fatigue for a long time, I know how hard it is. I am sorry you find yourself in this situation.

Although not officially diagnosed, I can say I suffer from chronic fatigue as well. In my case is a mix of extreme anxiety and visual/sound processing disturbances, which makes functioning a burden, specially at work.
May I ask what is the cause of your disorder and howndo you deal with it?

I have ME/CFS which is a combination of chronic fatigue and chronic pain. There is no definite answer to what causes this disease, but it is classified as a neurologic disorder. I did therapy and took various drugs, and both have helped, but nothing cured me.
