I am feeling a bit down, so just a protein smoothie for the day! They are a pretty decent meal for me, at least.
By the way, that meal you had sounds really good! I haven't had mashed potatoes in a while, but I know that they taste great when they're made right (especially with chicken.)

A bowl of milk and cereal. Just a single bowl is about all I can manage to eat these past several days. Unfortunately my appetite basically disappeared a few weeks ago.A package of Knorr Pasta Sides creamy chicken and a plain bagel with vegetable oil spread.Last edited:For lunch I had a Mexican bowl. Seasoned beef, black beans, corn salsa, bell peppers, and avocado. Was so good.

Some frozen pineapple and a burger from a local pizzeria near me, the burger always makes me have a stomach ache after but its good so that doesnt matter

Welp went to a family gathering so macaroons, sweet ham with pineapple and chips and 2 mini chocolate bars, straberries and thats it oh and for breakfast eggs.
Kinda went overboard but I was a tad stressed.
Had coffee later on tried to make as less strong as possible.
