What can I do if anything to improve my situation?

I have no friends no family no anything, if any of you have got better how did you do it?

I have an overwhelming feeling I don't belong or fit in anywhere, people just don't like me .

I know this is asking alot but I have no idea what to do, I have felt better during periods of work but it never lasts

You may have a feeling that people don't like you, but that may be a distortion of people simply not knowing you. The only advice I could give from the limited info you've put here is to try and make the initiative to get to know the people around you and see where it goes. Nobody fits in anywhere. We're weird shaped creatures.

thanks for your replies but I probably wouldn't anymore because my experience is people aren't nice, I'm not particularly interested in making friends but wouldn't mind meeting someone people irl with a similar mind set.

I typically just found out that information about them AFTER we were already friends.

I don't know if anyone else has any ideas but I'm not capable of any relationships and I'm in trouble, I don't belong anywhere, I guess some people have no choice but to ctb.

Having no friends sucks because it's hard to make new friends with no social circles. It may sound cliche but joining some kind of group or going to places where people might socialize is a good step if you can manage it. Once you have just 1 or 2 friends making more becomes so much easier. It's just making this first step from isolation that is so hard.

I have family, but they kind of sold me down the river. I'm alone without friends, so I feel similar.
I can't tell you what to do, though I can tell you what I did...
I got angry.
I thought "Fuck you all you motherfuckers, fuck with me all you want but I'll stand against all of you."
Anger is better than despair, because it motivates. It's not good, but it's better than curling up and wanting to die.
It comes with a price, but I'd still take anger over despair.

Taking small steps to create positive routines, but it's a long hard road and I've only just started back down it after a bad relapse.
