Mine are:
1. Chicago (2002) [best musical of all time]
2. Psycho II (1983) [SO underrated—if you liked Psycho (1960) then you NEED to see this, don't brush it off!]
3. The Faculty (1998) [peak 90's horror]

Would love to hear yours, and what about them you love!

1. Lost in Translation. I just love the tone and themes and cinematography of this movie so much. Also it has quite a few moments that I find really funny.

2. Ladri di Biciclette. God what isn't there to love about this movie. I'm not saying this to be pretentious either, I actually found this film from a joke about pretentious film lists but it really is that good. Give it a watch if you're a cinephile or just want to watch a beautiful film.

3. Arrival. I love the story so much it's one of the very few movies that's ever made me cry.

1.Surrounded (with Letitia Wright as cowboy)
2.Treasure Planet (Disney Animation Movie)
3. Dragonheart and Damsel
(4. Resident Evil Afterlife 💫 )
I've also recently become a fan of the Final Destination movies. I didn't expect it, but I actually think they're suspenseful.

1. Autumn Sonata (1978)
2. Lilya 4-ever (2002)
3. Picnic (1996)

I'm drawn to emotional, kind of heavy films that I can relate to. Autumn Sonata feels super raw and real and the acting is amazing. About Lilja 4-ever I appreciate so much how it humanizes someone in such a harsh situation without ever feeling exploitative, it's emotionally overwhelming but also compassionate. It really stuck with me long after I watched it. Picnic has this dreamy, slightly surreal vibe and I loved the aesthetics even though it still feels pretty sad underneath.
