• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

i hate how humans have to work like i get why we do of course but at the same time it just feels so brutal to deal with work and all the negatives that come with it like coworkers and shit like that.. i hope you had a smooth day at work, i can't even find a job rn ha.. atleast you can get some bucks for your time
Yeah, the bad thing is that I have to deal with customers, they can be a bit annoying.
Coworkers... There are only a few that I don't like, but they work in another area, so it's fine (unless they change my role).

And I know the feeling of being unemployed for a long time.
It's hard being a Neet (if you can say so to yourself, of course) and trying to get out of that situation.
Sometimes, I still feel trapped.

Yes I am a VERY big fan, I watched at least 500 horror movies in the last 2 years. And Hereditary is definetely in my top 5, very rarely felt dread like that. And thats what I crave, thats what I want from a movie. Intensity of emotion, to feel my mind being engulfed in the insanity of the story that plays before my eyes while being totally safe at the same time.
if you're a fan then of course you've watched hereditary then, that one's too good. it was such a hectic movie it still gives me the chills, i don't know if i can stomach watching that again. it was great though. and yeah i agree i love seeing these twisted scenarios play out without me having to be in them. i would recommend "Longlegs" it's pretty creepy but i feel like you may have seen it too... so here's a real good one please please watch the japanese horror film, "Cold Fish" i feel like korea-japan has so many good horror movies and this is one of my favorites. my top recommendation for sure if you want something new :^) i don't think you'll be disappointed

customers almost feel like company hired obstacles the way they inconsiderately act alot of the time, it's so unreal to me sometimes the behaviour of these people.. and that's good that you can be seperated from those nasty coworkers. it really is hard to break out of the neet cycle, i really do want a job so badly but man i am not excited to work again, idek if i can stomach it. is there anything you do to get through work or do you just zone out and power through?

It tastes quite bitter. Most people find the taste disgusting, I not so much any more, maybe because I got used to it over time

Yeah, in my old work they were even more annoying, with no manners.
Now they're a bit better, I have to say.
Also, it's a part time, so I should not complain so much (this week I have to work more because yesterday was a holiday).

Honestly, I don't do nothing special to get through work.
Not gonna lie, some days are way worst than other, because of how I feel

oh i never thought of studying to distract yourself but i could totally get behind it, do you have any tips for studying if you consider yourself "good" at it?
Hmm, the only real tip I got for it is to try your best and find what works for you, you DON'T have to study the traditional way and should probably experiment a bit on ways to focus on it. Personally, I like noting things down in a bit of my own slang like I'm texting a friend or smth while listening to YouTube commentary in the background. I generally got all the vocabulary down and understand the structure so I might as well have a bit more fun while studying yk?

all of that sounds pretty peaceful, i don't go on enough walks i'm usually stuck indoors burning my eyes with my computer screen.. i hope you can have a nice introspective time today! lmk if you figure anything out :)
Walking is an activity that I enjoy very much, sometimes I play music and sometimes I just listen to the sounds of the street. I have always liked walking and everything that involves movement.

hmm i'm gonna give it a try next time i get the chance to. you say it's bitter and i'm sure it tastes odd but there must be a reason it still exists so i will try it out. do you put anything into your tea? like honey or sugar?

yeah it's always a dice roll when it comes to what coworkers you'll get unfortunately, i just don't understand the mindset of the really shitty ones, i can only assume they have some sort of mental issues tbh. and yeah i understand, if you have no choice but to come in of course your mood will make things worse. if you don't mind me asking, what do you work as? my last job was just a retail store associate and still i didn't have the mental capacity to handle it lol...

if you end up watching it please send me a dm or something telling me what you think of it, that's one of the most messed up movies i've ever watched but that's why i love it so much! you're very welcome :D

i see what you're saying, that's great that you found something that works for you. i'm going back to school again in the coming months (parents forcing me + somewhat wanting to go) and i just know i need to pass so i really appreciate your input. i've always hated school so this time around i want to figure out a way to like it, or at the very least survive it... i wish you the best of luck in your studies, school really isn't as easy as parents say it is :/

that sounds very peaceful and that's good that you enjoy being active! i really need to get outside more but idk i feel like i don't have comfortable shoes to walk in for long periods of time. it's also getting really cold where i am (canada) which adds to the difficulty but when the weather gets better i hope i can start going for more walks.. it would probably be good for me i'm sure

nursing school sounds pretty difficult, i don't think i'd be able to handle such a thing so i wish you the best of luck in raising your marks :) how long have you been in this program for?
Thank you! It's a 16-month accelerated program, and I'm about 2/3 of the way through. It's very mentally challenging because of all the stress with passing (there are many ways you can fail each class). It's definitely what i want to do with my life though, so I'm happy to struggle through it. I hope you are doing well with your own life pursuits!

oh i can only imagine how stressful it must be to be in that course (or any school for that matter)... but that's great that you found something worth the struggle for, i hope i get the chance to find something like that in my life. by the looks of it you got the drive to pass so i wish you well. and thank you very much, i feel like i've run into a bit of a life blockade in terms of my own progress but i'm trying my best to get things off the ground again :')

Sorry, with people with no manners I meant customers!
Coworkers over there were... Let's say fine, but of course not everyone, especially one.
And one of the bosses were a completely dumb.

Now I work in a cinema, so people can be annoying, complaining about stupid things, but then they leave pretty soon, or so. Luckily.
