I find that if a song's theme is 'happy' or the song's lyrics are about some happy-go-lucky schtick tthat though it will improve everyone's lives will never happen or if the song is about a new partner or a new discorvery or a new optimistic way of looking at life that the singer is singing about it actually aggravates my CTB desires and makes me feel worse. Id actually rather listen to ambient noises that 'happy music' . Heck Id rather listen to grass growing than ANY 'happy' song. The last 2 times I attempted CTB it was very soom after listening to a song that one would say is 'happy' (One of them was literally 'happy' by pharrel williams so I think that may fit the criteria)

songs about sadness, loss, anger, revenge , violence, pessimism or misanthropy actually make me LESS CTBish ...uhhh somehow. I guess it lets me know that other people out there feel this general sadness that most poor, lonely people feel, lets me know that many people probably also feel this completely understandable need for harsh justice to bring about equity soon.
