Caffeine. I drink so many energy drinks. Self harm too but I don't act on my feelings to do it as much as I used too

Currently? Minecraft and caffeine. To the point where all I do for recreation is play Minecraft and the only thing I've been able to get myself to drink is coffee.

Nothing, really. Even smoking, I just stopped for a while whenever I wanted in the past. The idea of addiction irritates me. Ironically, somebody else's addiction ruined my life in the end (it's not drugs, though).

When I left my ex my self esteem was very low I joined a sex site and became addicted to random meets with strangers ... safety went out the window I was reckless

It's better than drinking imo. I tried it for the first time at 24 on a weekend field trip for school and fell in love with it. Could've tried it when I was a teenager back when I was visiting my childhood friend whom I hadn't seen in years but I didn't like the subculture at all. I've since regretted that a couple of years after. His friend's thought I was a total square.
